1.Incision

marker로 Volar zig-zag design

#11 mess incision 넣고 tenotomy scs로 dissection

 

2.Approch

Trans-FCR sheath approach : senn-vein, army, cushing

#15mess, tenotomy scs로 Divided PQ at its insertion 

fleer로 subperiosteal dissection exposed fracture site

 

3.Reduction&Temporary fixation

with K-wire #2

bone clamp, reduction clamp

4.Applied volar locking plate

plate + drill guide block 조립해서 apply

→2.5 coritcal screw, locking screw insertion 

 

5.closer

repaired PQ : 2/0 PDS 

→Drain insertion : JP100M + 3/0 nylon

→wound closer : 3/0 vicryl, 4/0 nylon
