1.slightly curved 5-cm incision over the medial epicondyle using # 11 mess

2.Identified MACN & Protected it by senn vein, Cushing retractor 

3.Distally based flipped L shape incision using #11mess of common flexor pronator origin fascia

4.Elevated fascia distally

5.Resected degenerated tendon tissue(Pathological tissue) & calcific deposits using #15 mess

6.Multiple drilling at Medial epicondyle using 1.4 Dril bit & K-sire

(목적:  drilling multiple small holes are performed to create a sufficient vascular bed)

7.Repaired elevated fascia using 2/0 PDS

8.inserted J-P drain

9.Long arm splint apply
