1.Dorsal

#11mess 로 dorsal longitudinal incision 

→expose 2nd MTP joint 

→weil osteotomy for 2nd MT head

→2nd MT head 를 Leibinger screw로 고정 (1.7mm)

→lamina spreader로 open하고

→Release adductor hallucis & deep transverse intermetatarsal ligament

→JP 100M

→wound closer: 2/0 PDS , 3/0 vicryl. 4/0 nylon

 

2.Medial 

#11mess로 medial longitudinal incision

→tooth와 tenotomy scs로 medial emnienece resection

→micro saw로 V자 모양으로 proximal chevron osteotomy

→fixation with #2 k-wire

→micro saw로 proximal phalanx osteotomy 

→synthes 3.0 HCS screw로 fixation 

→No.2 polysorb로 medial ligament plication

→JP 100M

→wound closer: 2/0 PDS , 3/0 vicryl. 4/0 nylon
