1.Position

supine position

일반적인 TKRA Drape 동일, 3M은 안함.

 

 

 

 

2.Incision & Aproach

#11mess incision 넣고 st.mosquito로 opening

ret) senn-vein 

bleeding control : bovie 

 

 

 

 

3.drill & Half pin insertion

3.8 drill bit + drill guide 로 큰망치로 고정 후 drilling 

→half pin insertion + T-Handle  + drill sleeve 

diameter 3/4/5/6 : tibia 5

length 150/180mm 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.Frame construction & Reduction and fixation

bar/rod (400/350/300mm) 연결

bar to bar connector - bar와 bar 사이 연결 

pin to bar connector - bar와 pin 사이 연결

wrench로 frame을 조립한다.

 

 

 

 

 

6.close

skin suture: 3/0 nylon

dressing : Y-gauze, 솜, EB
