-적응증 : Patellar fracture 슬개골 골절

 

 

 

 

 

Type C - Atricular patella fracture with associated distruption of extensior mechanism

 

 

 

 

 

 

K-wire 3호 + wire driver

roll wire 18g 

reduction clamp 大, 中

wire holder 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1.spinal anesthetic techniques. 

position : supine 

 

 

2.midline incision with respect to the underlying structures of the extensor mechanism

used by blade #20 mess 

approach : metz scs + Regular fcp 

retractor : cusing retractor, 2-geur retractor

 

3.hematoma removal : rongeur

irrigated to remove intra-articualr bony debris 

 

 

4.Vertically oridented patella fracture reduction 

: reduction clamp 大 

 

5.Compression fixation of the aticular surface combinde with a tensionband 

tension band using K-wires #3 using a wire driver , two double-ended #3 K-wire are placed at the fracture site

with Figure of eight tension band wire can be used

 

 

 

6.Drain 400 M insertion 

suture: 1/0 vicryl -> 2/0 vicryl
