1.incision&approach

11mess incision 후 tenotomy scs로 dissection 

senn vein retraction 

 

2.temporary reduction

reduction clamp와 k-wire로 temporary reduction

 

3.place the plate on the bone

*compression system technique

plate를 bone위에 적용 한 후

->1.6mm Insert compression wires

->compression forcep을 fracture gap을 줄인다.

*2.4/2.7mm Variable angle locking technique
