-고관절 골절 intertrochanter fracture

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1.synthes grip plate를 Plate holder&Impator에 잡고 

superior portion of the trochanter 에 고정 시킨다.

->greater trochanter에 망치로 위치

 

 

2.Bovie와 jocker를 통해 통과시킬 부분 dissection 

passer로 통과시킨 후 cable을 통과시킨다.

(passer는 주로 큰 size 선호 - OT Cable set 內 의 큰 passer 사용)

3.pass the cable

plate의 hole에 맞춰서 cable을 pass시킨다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.cable을 wire holder를 통해 plate의 hole을 통해 passing 시키고 tightner로 조인다

(OT Cable set내의 tightner로 고정)

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.cable이 다 고정되면 cable crimper로 plate의 중간에 squeze 시킨다.
