Synthes PFNA

 

 

 

 

 

1.position

fracture table 

supine position 

c-arm을 보면서 reduction 하고 수술 시작

 

 

2.incision

20mess incision proximal from the tip of the greater trochanter

→Mastoid retractor 로 retractor

 

 

3.Determine entry point

PFNA Awl + 부속망치로 entry point 를 잡는다.

 

 

4.Insert guide wire

T-handle 에 g-wire 긴것 조립하여 manual 로 insertion

 

 

5.Open femur with flexible drill bit

guide pin따라서 flexible drill 이 들어간다 + protection sleeve 끼워서 들어감

 

 

 

6.Assemble PFNA 

insertion handle + connecting screw + nail이 조립되면 universal driver로 nasil을 조립한다.

aiming arm은 125도와 130도 중에서 골라서 조립이 된다.

nail이 조립되면 PFNA set내의 망치로 nail이 들어간다.

 

 

 

7.Insert PFNA Blade

incision used by #20mss 

→Insert guide wire + power tool

→PFNA Blade의 길이를 확인 (reamer 길이와 blade길이 정해짐)

→Drill bit for PFNA 

→Reamer for PFNA 

→Blade insertion + 회사 망치

 

 

 

 

8.Distal locking screw

hole 구멍에 맞게 c-arm으로 확인후 추가 incision

→Drill bit 

→depth

→screw
